Varangian supplements is a small Estonian company making wholefood supplements for optimal health and happiness.
In Varangian we believe that quality food combined with the knowledge of our early ancestors and freeze-drying method helps to create a positive impact to health and performance. In Eastern Medicine they believe that you can heal only from inside out. So, no quick fixes or pills. All we put into our bodies, projects out – food, water, emotions, exercise. We wish that powerful inner spark and bright eyes will be our best advertisement.

Organs are the most nutrient dense food on planet earth!

If we look at the meat-eating animals then they always go for the organs first. Nowadays in the Western society where we have shelves full of muscle meats, organs have lost popularity. We would like to change that and highlight them again because they are the superstars of the food pallet.

It is not only about the organs we hold dear. We are worried about our planet as well.

Every year huge monocropping and deforestation destroys millions of acres of land, leaving the topsoil open to erosion, converting land lifeless deserts. By using only organic organs from grass fed and finished animals we are promoting regenerative agriculture. It means that cattle and ovine can roam around the grasslands, stomping the ground firmer to hold up more CO2. Manure they live behind works as fertilizer. Bugs in manure help to break it down which brings birds who eat bugs. Birds bring small predators. Small predators bring bigger predators. This is the circle of life which helps to make the world a better and more diverse place for our children to live in.
